MAYU is a little girl whose mother is Japanese witch, Yamanba. She lives in mountain and plays with animals in the mountain actively. In the stories, though she has not only many funs but also troubles in her life, she gets over and grows up the title by title. The first series of the title "MAYU & OGRE" was published in 1999 and now we have five titles in the series. Friya's dynamic illustrations rouse children's imagination with energetic characters and enchanting plots.
